Distil and Newtons Theory go way back, starting in 2021 when CEO and Founder Gerry McNicol came to us for financial expertise. Since then, we've powered Disil to raise equity investment at each growth stage for the last 4 years, including growth-orientated financial modelling which brought in Mercia's £1m investment.

Digital papers suite, MyWorkPapers, was acquired this year by accounting software company, Bright, thanks to support from the Newtons Theory team in maximising its value for over a year before its exit.
